Payment Structure
The payment structure for the development of a website under this PROMO is pretty much straight forward. There are two recurring or running costs that any website of this nature will have and these are the subscriptions for Web Hosting & Domain registration. This means that each year, you the client is expected to make payments to keep the website running. Another thing worth noting is the optional maintenance payment of the website; optional in a sense that at the end of the 12 months whilst making quarterly payments, your website admins will be able to determine whether a paid maintenance service is needed or not as they will be trained in handling most aspects of website maintenance.
- Initial 1st Quarter K1,950 payment to be made for commencement of project.
- Remaining three (3) quarterly payments to be made every 90 days.
